Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional service to visitors and clients
  • Manage switchboard operations, including incoming calls, inquiries, and call transfers
  • Dispatch security personnel to various locations within the organization
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and entry logs
  • Conduct roll call when necessary
  • Collaborate with management to address scheduling concerns, breaches, and incidents
Requirements
  • NYS Security License (or UID #)
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of prior Security Dispatch experience
  • Experience with security scheduling and attendance
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Flexibility to work floating shifts and/or overtime
  • Knowledge of scheduling software/application TrackTik
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint)
