**Job Summary**

This Laundry Attendant - Linen Care Specialist role is a key contributor to our hotel's success. As a member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive clean and crisp linens, every time.

**Responsibilities**

• Linens and Laundry: Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linens, load and unload washers and dryers, and maintain equipment as trained.
• Housekeeping Tasks: Assist with other housekeeping duties in the event of staffing shortages, maintain clean work areas, and be aware of guest satisfaction scores.
• Guest Focus: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of the linen care process.

**Requirements**

• Experience: Prior housekeeping experience is desirable, but not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
• Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

**Work Environment**
