Canyon Vista Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of interview, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and triage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Active AZ or Compact RN License.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department preferred.
- CPR, ACLS, PALS, HAZMAT, and Handle with Care certifications within 90 days of hire.
- TNCC Certification within 1 year of hire.
