Key Highlights- Experience in routine heart surgery procedures, thoracic procedures, and valve surgery (including TAVR and mitral)
- Current volume of over 200 hearts per year, with a strong case growth trend
- Eligible candidates must submit current case mix, volume, and STS data with application
- Collaborative practice with multiple Cardiology groups, including Interventionalists, medical cardiologists, and EP specialists
- Annualized caseload: 200+ CABGs, 60+ surgical valves, 50 TAVRs
- CV Surgery infrastructure includes 2 CVORs with dedicated CV Anesthesia and 3 PAs covering inpatient, office, and surgical work
