Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at The Center for Specialized Services. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating consumers and providing speech and language therapies to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language-cognitive evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address consumer goals and objectives
  • Supervise therapy assistants, students, and volunteers to ensure high-quality care
  • Write evaluation reports and treatment plans to document consumer progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Lead groups and activities to promote consumer engagement and participation
  • Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of speech-language therapy/pathology
  • Missouri license for speech-language pathology
  • MANDT crisis intervention certification, CPR certification, and first aid training
