Job Overview

At Alliance Inspection Management, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Auto Damage Auction Inspector to join our team. As an Auto Damage Auction Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of vehicles at a fixed third-party auction site. Your keen eye for detail and ability to accurately assess vehicle condition will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of vehicles at a fixed third-party auction site
  • Assess the vehicle condition of vehicles being sold at the auction
  • Record any damage or repair required for the frame, paint, AC, radio, tires, etc.
  • Use proprietary inspection software to document findings
  • Ensure inspections are performed in compliance with client guidelines
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in the automobile field (i.e., body mechanic shop, inspections, etc.) preferred
  • Body, paint, and mechanical knowledge a plus
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and safe driving record required
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, or kneel
  • Ability to hold at least 10 lbs for an extended period
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Vision abilities required including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • Regular and consistent availability and attendance
