Full-Time Nabisco Product Merchandiser/Order Writer

Become a vital part of our team as a Full-Time Nabisco Product Merchandiser/Order Writer, where you will address the merchandising requirements of our clients through effective communication and relationship management, restocking store shelves, and refreshing displays. Represent renowned brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other leading snacks in the industry.

Serve as a representative of Mondelēz, collaborating with in-store personnel and sales representatives to enhance the visibility of our products and create promotional displays. Conduct in-store visits in accordance with Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Procedures. Utilize an iPad Tablet to place orders for shelf and display products to maintain stock levels. Ensure that our leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well-stocked and maintained following Mondelēz' guidelines. Communicate with the Mondelēz management team regarding any issues related to the plans negotiated by Sales Representatives with store managers. Adhere to the daily schedule established by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store service. Boost seasonal sales, enhance displays, and support new product launches. Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor while representing Mondelēz in retail environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have proof of auto insurance. High School Diploma or GED is preferred. A self-motivated individual with a positive and professional attitude who can work independently. Ability to travel to various store locations using a personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed). Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, with occasional pushing and pulling of over 50 lbs. Previous experience in retail or grocery is advantageous. Must reside within a reasonable distance from the primary location. Availability required for a set schedule including weekdays and one weekend day.
