Pivotal Solutions, Inc. is a growing organization seeking an experienced Construction Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from pre-construction to closeout.

Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Oversee the implementation of project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality control standards by implementing the pre-construction quality plan and conducting regular site inspections.
- Communication: Facilitate project meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain open communication with the project team, subcontractors, and clients.
- Permitting: Obtain and maintain all necessary construction permits and licenses.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain various project documentation, including material tracking lists, project test and inspection listings, and non-conformance reports.
- Closeout: Coordinate the packaging, review, and processing of submittals, ensure timely submission of RFIs and change orders, and maintain accurate records of project activities.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and conduct regular safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Client Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and peers, and maintain a professional working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- LEED AP: LEED AP certification preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, intermediate-level project management skills, and knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, ability to comprehend and interpret complex documents, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork orientation.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
