Ultrasound Technologist Job Description

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to fill a contract position in Washington, District of Columbia.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing noninvasive ultrasound examinations, delivering quality patient care, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations, utilizing technical skills and knowledge to assess patient status and provide preliminary impressions.
  • Deliver patient-centered care, prioritizing timely and compassionate care to meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to national patient safety initiatives and promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Active ARDMS certification is required.
  • At least 18 months of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
