CNC Machinist

This shift will be Monday thru Thursday 9pm to 7am. We are seeking a motivated and quality-minded CNC Machinist to join our dynamic and growing team at Enviro Systems Incorporated.

• Set up, operate and tend machines, including 5 axis routers and other equipment.
• Use work orders, drawings and/or schematics to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, dimensions and tolerances.
• Measure and examine completed work pieces to verify conformance to specifications using Numerex CMM, Optical Comparator, Brown & Sharpe CMM and Precitech.
• Load work pieces into machines manually or with hoists and cranes.
• Start machines, monitor operations and record operational data.
• Test and adjust machine speeds and actions, according to product specifications.
• Perform weekly checklists and clock in and out of bar codes to begin and complete work orders.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• The ability to read, and interpret English documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and reports, drawings and schematics.
• The ability to write and/or type routine correspondence or reports.
• The ability to perform simple shop math including use of decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure.
• The ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
