Radiology Technologist Clinic

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist Clinic to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a Radiology Technologist Clinic, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging exams, operating portable radiologic equipment, and ensuring the highest level of patient care and customer service.

• Perform diagnostic imaging exams, including X-rays and EKGs, in a variety of settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and patient locations.
• Operate portable radiologic equipment at patient's bedside or other designated exam settings, ensuring safe driving, radiation safety, and ALARA principles.
• Process images and review images for diagnostic quality prior to transmission.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, and assist with troubleshooting and problem solving of equipment and systems as directed.
• Ensure that the vehicle is well stocked with necessary supplies.
• Operate and behave in full compliance with all applicable local, state and federal rules and regulations related to portable imaging procedures and standards.
• Perform training and orientation of other employees upon request by management.
• Assist with order taking, validation of studies, communication with reading radiologists, customer call-backs, and other administrative and customer support functions as directed.

• Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs easily while carrying equipment.
• Ability to work a varied schedule that may require evenings, holidays, and weekends.
