Phoenix Innovations is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pedagogical Specialist to join our team. As a Pedagogical Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners in a nature-based setting.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who can lead our outdoor group and develop a comprehensive educational program that aligns with our reggio-inspired approach. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience in implementing nature-based learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a nature-based educational program that promotes hands-on learning and exploration
• Lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality educational experiences that meet the needs of our young learners
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a seamless transition between home and school
• Design and implement engaging group activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our students through a safe and nurturing environment
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and incorporate new ideas and approaches into our program

Requirements

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team of educators in a nature-based setting
• Strong knowledge of reggio-inspired education and its application in early childhood settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
