Job Title: Childcare Supervisor

At Chuze Fitness, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Supervisor to lead our Kids Club team in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for our little Chuzers and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and providing excellent customer service to members and guardians
  • Overseeing fun and safe activities with children
  • Ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to recruit, coach, and draft performance reviews
  • Maintaining knowledge of front desk operations
  • Creating detailed incident reports as needed
  • Intervening with escalated member/guardian incidents
  • Completing administrative tasks such as scheduling and record keeping

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Childcare Experience
  • At least 1 year experience leading a team
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service
  • Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed
  • Positive and playful mindset
  • Exceptional verbal and social communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate patience while working with children and adults
  • Ability to lead and work alongside a great team
