Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Services Float Pool, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care.

Position Summary and Qualifications
In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to independently provide care to patients, aiming for optimal outcomes while recognizing when to seek guidance based on self-assessment of your skills.
Floating Requirements
As a Market Float Pool RN, you will be required to float to various facilities within the healthcare system, working in units where you possess the necessary competencies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of RN experience, with at least two years in specialty areas for those floating to specialized units.
- Current nursing license in Texas or a Compact Nursing License.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required upon hire.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, associate, or baccalaureate).
