Job Summary

The Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging team is seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our radiology department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality radiographic exams, maintaining equipment, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform radiographic exams on patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines

Maintain and troubleshoot radiographic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety

Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care

Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience

Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

Registered Technologist in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent

Strong knowledge of radiographic principles, equipment, and safety protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or related field preferred
