About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our Nursing Services Department at Taylor Springs Health Campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Nursing Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local guidelines
  • Coordinate nursing services and other resident services to ensure world-class care
  • Assist with discharge planning and resident admission processes
  • Monitor medication distribution and treatment schedules
  • Implement and maintain onboarding and orientation for new nurses
Requirements
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Current state Registered Nurse license and valid CPR certification
  • Prior management experience in long-term healthcare as a Director of Nursing
  • Compassion, positive personality, and strong critical thinking, communication, team building, and leadership skills
