Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the subject matter expert on all issues related to smart building DT sub-systems, including Parking Management, KIOSK, Space Management, Client, AQS, Smart Lighting, and others.
  • Provide technical liaison services between the company and the customer, ensuring that DT requirements are met while project schedules and cost estimates are maintained.
  • Assist in resolving project delays, changes, and contractor disruptions.
  • Author and secure customer approval on all validation-related documentation, including DT Functional Requirements, UAT, checklists, test reports, Technical Evaluations, Initial System Assessments, Standard Operating Procedures, and summary reports.
  • Review system controls sequences and participate in meetings to clarify and improve them.
  • Perform construction site visits to identify and document discrepancies, generating site visit reports summarizing each visit throughout all project phases.
  • Write system-specific functional performance test scripts from design control sequences.
  • Perform, document, and troubleshoot integrated system tests.
  • Generate and maintain Commissioning Issues Reports, focusing on expediting issues resolution.
  • Verify equipment and system start-up work, and support documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of field-testing experience.
  • Technical understanding of any wireless technology, preferably cellular.
  • Highly motivated to work in a demanding environment.
  • Ability to understand MEP needs, building drawings, and floor plans.
  • Experience in any of the cloud technology & IoT Services (preferably Microsoft Azure).
  • Connectivity Field Tester.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hand-on experience with commissioning tools, such as Client, FAS, Client, and Client.
  • Certifications will be an added advantage.
