Responsibilities:

2. Assist project managers in understanding project scope, budgets, and schedules">
3. Perform field work for construction staking, boundary location, ALTA, and topography for various project types">
4. Collaborate with registered land surveyors to determine boundaries">
5. Interpret and review engineering plans for construction staking activities">
6. Ensure quality control and presentation of field survey data">
7. Maintain a field truck and perform general maintenance on GPS, total stations, and data collectors">
8. Communicate effectively with clients and coworkers">
9. Comply with company safety, QA/QC, and surveying policies">

Requirements:

• ">
• 5+ years of experience working as a Crew Chief">
• Experienced in construction staking, topographic, ALTA, and as built surveys">
• Associate's degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying (or equivalent experience)">
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills">
• Valid driver's license required">
• CST III (preferred, not required)">
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time">
• Pass a pre-employment drug test">

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
