We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our critical care team at Compunnel. In this vital role, you will deliver specialized care for patients with life-threatening conditions and complex comorbidities, utilizing advanced organ support and invasive monitoring techniques.

About the Role:

  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients with conditions such as overdose, post-surgery recovery, trauma, and chronic illnesses.
  • Critical Thinking: Navigate a fast-paced, challenging environment by utilizing strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to care for the highest acuity patients.
  • Monitoring & Support: Use advanced monitoring equipment and technology to assess patient conditions and deliver appropriate interventions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members, providing education and updates on patient conditions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required.
  • Valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
