Fast Track to Store Manager

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 annually based on expertise and performance

Our Store Managers typically earn between $50K - $75K annually

Promotion timelines are contingent upon your experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management (Furniture, appliances, electronics)
  • Customer Collections (Regular communication with customers to renew rental agreements)
  • Inventory Oversight
  • Showroom Presentation
  • Delivery and retrieval of merchandise from customer residences
  • Service Support (troubleshooting rental items, providing loaners as necessary)
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks
  • Operating company vehicles
  • Cleaning and refurbishing previously rented items
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
Work Schedule:

Typical hours are 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturday, with one day off during the week and Sundays off. Hours may vary based on store needs, averaging around 50 hours per week.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in Rent To Own store management
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (regularly lifting and carrying items)
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Class D chauffeur's license required for specific locations
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Minimum age of 23 years
  • Relevant management experience is necessary
  • Sales and/or collections experience is required
