Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Unity Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing x-rays, laboratory tests, and other diagnostic procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our medical team to provide high-quality patient care and ensure accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Perform x-rays, laboratory tests, and other diagnostic procedures as ordered by physicians
• Assist with patient preparation and positioning for exams
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in radiologic technology preferred
• 1+ year of experience in radiologic technology or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent exposure to radiation and may involve working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
