Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a full-time position at a school district. The selected candidate will work onsite, providing essential speech and language services to students.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals and needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small group settings.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided, progress reports, and other relevant records.
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insights and recommendations for students' speech and language goals.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active Michigan state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Willingness to work onsite at the designated school location.
- SLP-CFY candidates will be considered for this position.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseload efficiently.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions for speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to providing high-quality services to meet the diverse needs of students.
