Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure in Illinois is required.
  • Current License & DEA registration necessary.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic setting.
  • Physician Assistant with Psychiatric CAQ is mandatory.
