Role Overview: As a service technician, you play a vital role in our organization, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our residential and light commercial services. You will also identify opportunities to expand our customer base by promoting additional services. By embodying our core values, you demonstrate respect and courtesy to all clients and colleagues.
This position is dynamic and not confined to a traditional office environment. Candidates should be professional, personable, and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver services across our primary offerings, including window cleaning, window tinting, and pressure washing, as well as gutter maintenance, chandelier cleaning, and seasonal lighting.
- Engage with clients to discuss additional service options.
- Ensure efficient use of materials and maintain an adequate supply of cleaning products in the service vehicle.
- Keep the company vehicle and equipment well-maintained, clean, and in optimal working condition.
- Complete invoices and adhere to work orders as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as required, which may include cross-training in associated roles.
- No prior experience is required, although experience in any of our service areas is advantageous.
- Physical capability to lift ladders.
- Willingness and ability to work at heights of up to 32 feet on a ladder.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
