We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Labor and Delivery team at Cynet Health. With a focus on patient-centered care, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for our patients and their families.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Description:

In this 13-week assignment, you will serve as a backfill position for a contract RN in Labor and Delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, including routine labor support, fetal monitoring, and emergency situations
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulations
  • Assist with unit operations, including staffing, inventory management, and supply ordering

Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
