Surgical Inpatient Floor

The Inpatient Surgical floor at Missouri Baptist Medical Center is a 68-bed unit providing treatment interventions to primarily post-surgical patients. This unit also includes a 10-bed Surgical Complex wing.

About the Role

This role provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care. You will promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment and educate patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing.

A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred, as well as relevant experience.
