Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team

We are looking for a professional to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students. As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address students' communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a school environment.
