Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Indotronix International Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for directing and delivering all facets of the recruiting process for production roles at our Albert Lea, MN plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to support the plant's recruiting and staffing needs.
  • Partner with Business Human Resources leaders and Operations leaders on site to ensure alignment on hiring goals.
  • Work closely with coordinator, compliance teams, and other resources to ensure timely execution and completion of recruitment and hiring.
  • Use internal analytics and metrics to resolve or improve upon recruitment practices, processes, and strategies.
  • Stay on top of recruiting trends and external practices to ensure we are effective and driven.
  • Ensure successful candidates meet compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision.
