Frontline Cashier Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Frontline Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

• Provide outstanding member service by greeting and thanking each customer, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
