As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for handling transactions and completing daily clerical tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

You will provide customers with exceptional service, manage cash register transactions accurately, and answer customer inquiries. Your strong math skills and calculator proficiency will be essential in managing high-value transactions.

The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with money transaction responsibilities. A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required, while an Associate degree or higher is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range between $19.00/hour-$22.00/hour, robust health benefits, vision insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation and sick time, 401k program, growth opportunities, training opportunities, and an annual holiday party.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer Crosstown's phone lines and direct callers to appropriate employees
  • Process customer payments in-person and over the phone using correct payment methods
  • Manage pick-up orders at the register, from coordinating with sales teams to getting signatures
  • Compile and balance daily receipts to ensure accuracy
  • Email customer forms as needed (credit application, account setup, authorization, etc.)
