Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Transactions: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, partner, and vendor agreements, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Product Regulatory: Advise on compliance with U.S. federal, state, and international regulations affecting the company's products and commercial activities, including ISO/IEC, FCC, and import/export regulations.
  • Product Counseling: Monitor and provide advice on the company's online Product Forum, manage anti-counterfeiting efforts, and advise product, engineering, and sales teams on legal issues related to product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Member in good standing of the California state bar, either as a licensed attorney or California Registered In-House Counsel.
  • 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on commercial transactions, sales & marketing, and regulatory compliance for technology products.
