Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Assist with daily operations, including operating a cash register, processing transactions, and handling customer payments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging products to create an attractive and inviting store environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of retail experience or customer service experience.
  • Prior liquor, beer, and wine knowledge is a plus.
