Host Coordinator

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Host to join our team at Capital Ale House. As a host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Customer Service: Greet guests promptly, answer questions, and provide directions as needed.
• Operations Management: Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with staff and management regarding operational issues and guest concerns.

**Requirements:**

• Availability: Must be available to work on Sundays on a rotating basis.
• Physical Demands: Able to move items up to 30 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
• Standing and Activity:**
• Able to remain standing and active for up to an 8-hour shift.
