Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying health issues and developing effective care plans.
- Prioritize patient and family needs, creating and implementing care plans that promote optimal health and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive care plan, delegating tasks and following up promptly.
- Utilize problem-solving strategies to address patient and family concerns, prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.
- Contribute to the growth and development of peers, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and community service.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
