Jackson National Life Insurance Company is seeking talented individuals for multiple roles in the Chicago area. This full-time position involves spearheading, designing, coordinating, and executing enterprise software solutions utilizing Azure Cloud Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete transition process from initial concept to production.
- Configure data pipelines and develop Python-based Spark distributed frameworks operating on Databricks.
- Monitor project progress using Jira boards and support implementation requirements.
- Align solutions with architectural patterns and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine user stories and prioritize tasks.
- Reinforce technical standards and work in partnership with DevOps, Security, and support teams.
- Collaborate closely with the architecture team, provide guidance to programmers, and contribute to architectural standards and strategies.
- Actively seek opportunities to train and mentor team members.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent foreign degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in roles such as Senior Software Solutions Designer, Senior Software Engineer, or related positions.
- 5 years of experience must include proficiency in Spark, Python, PL/SQL, Azure Storage, and Bash shell scripting.

Note: This position requires in-office attendance for a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 days during the work week.
