We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and construction of water engineering facilities, with a focus on flood protection and port construction.

• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with national and EU-wide engineering and construction services providers.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Negotiate with authorities, engineering firms, construction companies, and other project stakeholders.
• Develop and implement public relations strategies, including organizing public information events and presenting projects to political bodies.
• Assume the role of client in accordance with construction site regulations for each project.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in water engineering or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
