About the Role

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Retail Personal Banker Associate I. This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify and meet the financial needs of customers.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and services.
  • Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
  • Establish close working relationships with assigned business partners and refer customers when appropriate.
  • Meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals.

Requirements

  • College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers.
  • Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication.
