GPAC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of electrical projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Work closely with engineers, estimators, and construction staff to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
- Submittal and Drawing Management: Manage submittals and drawings for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Proposal Process: Participate in the proposal process as needed, providing input on project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Reporting and Documentation: Create monthly progress billing reports and close-out documentation, tracking costs and labor for assigned projects.
- Field Leadership: Work with field leadership to ensure on-time and budget projects, coordinating with other trades as needed.
- Construction Administration: Provide construction administration services, including RFI resolution, submittal reviews, and attending project meetings with customers and contractors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Extensive experience in electrical construction, with a focus on data center projects.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations, proven leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
