Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Infant/Toddler Resource Teacher. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and implementing educational programs tailored to meet the unique needs of infants and toddlers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum aligned with national standards and best practices in early childhood education;
  • Assess and address the unique needs of each child, including their physical, emotional, and cognitive development;
  • Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity, equity, and social-emotional learning;
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress, attendance, and program activities;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement special events, parent-teacher conferences, and other program activities;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Site-Based Manager or other senior staff members.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Infant/Toddler CDA or courses in Early Childhood or child development preferred;
  • One year experience working with young children preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, families, and colleagues;
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives;
