Job Summary

CHS Inc. is a leading global agribusiness that provides grain, food, and energy resources to businesses and consumers worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team, responsible for hauling feed and feed ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely pick-ups and deliveries to customers in a safe, professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, treating customers with respect and professionalism.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including pre-trip and post-trip reporting, load securement, and hours of service.
  • Perform daily maintenance inspections and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
  • Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
  • Report incidents, accidents, and traffic violations to supervisors immediately.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics.
  • High School diploma or GED.
Additional Qualifications
  • Maintain or obtain a CDL and DOT medical card.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to work additional hours, be available for overnight stays, and occasional weekends to meet business demands.
  • Valid Class A CDL preferred.
  • Hazmat, Tanker, Air Brake endorsements preferred.
  • Agriculture background preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Bulk liquid, pressure trailer, or forklift experience preferred.
