About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Investment Banking Executive to join our team at Findicia as a Lead Investment Banker. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPO), and other capital raising transactions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including C-suite executives and key decision-makers, to provide tailored solutions and strategic advice
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential transactions to ensure informed investment decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and marketing, to ensure successful deal execution and maximize business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform investment strategies and drive business growth
  • Participate in business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand Findicia's presence in the market
  • Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development and career advancement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A and capital raising transactions
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and financial modeling
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred
