Tennis Professional

Arch Amenities Group, a leading spa, fitness, and leisure firm, is seeking a Tennis Pro to oversee tennis programs, attract new members, provide lessons, and maintain courts.

• Develop and implement comprehensive tennis programs, including lesson plans, tournaments, and court schedules.
• Recruit and retain members, promoting the facility and its amenities.
• Provide high-quality tennis lessons, clinics, and coaching services.
• Maintain court facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Manage pro shop operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
• Assist in developing and implementing facility operations manuals, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and workshops to stay updated on services, products, and programs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, monitoring guest feedback and responding to requests.
• Ensure facility security, access control, and guest rule policy enforcement.
• Coordinate social and competitive events, including tournaments and special events.
• Implement programs for adults and juniors, promoting tennis development and growth.
• Oversee pro shop and retail functions, managing sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Submit lesson and sales reports, ensuring timely and accurate data.
• Attend staff and facility meetings, promoting the facility and its amenities.
• Maintain an attractive, up-to-date bulletin board, promoting facility events and services.

• College degree or comparable work experience.
• Previous Tennis Lead/Supervisor experience.
• Must be an experienced, strong, successful player.
• Teaching certifications from USTA or USPTA.
• Experience in promoting and implementing large and varied programs, events, and classes.
• Experience with budget development and financial management.
• Effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational.
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Able to show initiative and make decisions.
• Proficient in computer skills and office equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
