ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS of the
SENIOR TAX CONSULTANT ROLE:
Prepare tax filings for individuals, partnerships, and corporations Adjust financial statements for tax purposes Conduct research and remain informed on tax regulations and legislative changes Ensure compliance with relevant state, federal, and international tax laws Engage in tax planning and analysis Build and nurture relationships with key members of the client's management team Maintain open communication with senior leadership to manage expectations, ensure client satisfaction, and meet all deadlines POSITION REQUIREMENTS of the
SENIOR TAX CONSULTANT ROLE:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation; a Master's degree in taxation is advantageous Minimum GPA of 3.3 CPA License or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is preferred Proficiency in tax preparation software and applications.
Strong analytical and technical abilities Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating both analysis and findings to management and external clients (both verbal and written) Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, entrepreneurial environment to achieve measurable outcomes and enhance existing processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Driven to meet client deadlines and deliver exceptional client service A collaborative team player with robust relationship-building skills BENEFITS: 401k
