Job Overview

Infiniti of Charlotte Inc is in search of a knowledgeable Title Clerk for a Full-Time role. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication abilities.

Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with standard accounting tasks are essential. Proficiency in computer applications and experience with CDK systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Prior experience in title processing is a must. A solid understanding of the title management process is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dealer trades and process title documentation for outgoing transactions.
  • Reassign titles for all trade-ins.

  • Execute basic accounting functions as needed.
  • Maintain logs for returned finance agreements.
  • Process payments and issue checks for dealer trades.
  • Oversee assigned accounting schedules and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Perform various clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive dealership accounting is required.
  • Familiarity with title processing procedures.
  • Proficient in standard office software and accounting applications.
