Sentara Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team of dedicated healthcare professionals in the Sentara Obici Hospital/Western Tidewater area.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and be certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). They will also have a strong background in general cardiology and be able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including inpatient and outpatient duties, and will have a call schedule of 1:3, with phone-only responsibilities. They will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement package with matching contributions.
In addition to a competitive salary and benefits, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in a $3,000 annual CME reimbursement program and a $5,000 annual quality performance incentive. They will also be eligible for a $10,000 student loan reimbursement program and will have access to a fully integrated EHR system.
