Ministry Leader

International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a faith-based organization dedicated to extending life-changing hospitality and friendship to international college students. We are seeking a Ministry Leader to join our team in Findlay, Ohio.

The Ministry Leader will be responsible for serving international students, registering IFI as a recognized student organization, fostering relationships with campus staff and organizations, and establishing partnerships with local churches. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to work under stress and be flexible.

• Service to international students: Start a bible study, have events, and maintain at least one discipleship relationship
• Register IFI as a recognized student organization, maintain that registration, and maintain a good relationship with other campus international organizations
• Foster relationships with campus staff and organizations
• Begin to establish partnerships with local churches
• Work to mobilize volunteers to help with IFI activities
• Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships for the budgeted needs of the role by sharing the vision of the ministry

• Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
• Is faithful, loyal and dedicated to IFI's mandate from the Lord to extend God's love globally through equipping Christians to be effective cross-cultural communicators of the Gospel
• Well organized with attention to detail and ability to complete tasks independently
• Be a self-starter, able to work independently, as well as a team player
• Ability to work under stress and be flexible
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications

• Bachelor degree (or higher) in education and/or ministry-related field or demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people
