We are seeking a part-time Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our office space, restrooms, break and lunchroom areas. This includes cleaning floors, removing trash, operating floor cleaners and power washers, and cleaning up spills.

• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
• Clean and vacuum floors in office and conference spaces.
• Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
• Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, and clean up spills in the store.
• Dust and wash surfaces.
• Wash mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in all break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms.
• Resupply items as needed.
• Use floor cones to designate potentially hazardous floor conditions.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position.
• Must be able to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must complete company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this job and safety regulations.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs.
• Job cycles: continual max.
• Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
