About the Role

As a Classroom Instructor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and administer instructional programs in compliance with directives from School Administration, Board of Education policy, and state and federal laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress through various methods, including quizzes, exams, and anecdotal records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who require additional assistance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
- Participate in staff development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with curriculum changes.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
