Job Title: Telemetry Registered Nurse

Location: Sherman Oaks, CA

Arise CareStaff is seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to work on a per diem basis at a healthcare facility in Sherman Oaks, CA. As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct patient care to patients on the telemetry unit
  • Assessing patient conditions and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team

Requirements:

  • California Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • BLS certification by the American Heart Association
  • ACLS certification by the American Heart Association
  • NIHSS certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as Telemetry within the last 3 years
