Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing bread and pastry recipes from scratch, portioning product, and following recipes and food safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare bread and pastry recipes from scratch.
  • Portion product and follow recipes.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Eye for detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
